Since we had the little store down on the corner of the street theres twice as much traffic on our street.

Tomorrow is Chicataubut day & she is one of the hostesses, so she went to Boston to get a few things for the occasion & got herself a few dresses a hat & now is well supplied she likes to dress & go into society. Florence Hickey she invited to go to the meeting as one of her guests, but she isn't able but it pleased her to have the invitation just the same. she has a very bad heart trouble & is under the doctors care. Albert her husband worships her. a nice man if he is a Catholic.

The men come to look at the Ballantine place frequently, so guess they want to buy & we think they will eventually. I guess they want a good big price for it. they have sold their electric refridgerator & are anxious to go over to their Aunts to live. I guess she getting their brother to sign off all his money to Miss Seriach had something to do with their decision in their going over their to live, with the old maid sister. she is afraid to live there all alone since the boys in her neighborhood cut up & frightened her one night. she had to get Frank Toomey over there to drive them away & besides she is not very well & its not safe for her to stay there alone. Well I guess this is all there is to write about. I am ready to do my mending now & will say no more. love Ma
