Norfolk Oct. 14, 1865

Dear Bro. Manly

I take the liberty to trouble you with another letter
I learn from Mr. Hawkins that he has some colored teachers in Richmond - and I have another in view to send to R. if she is needed. Perhaps you remember Miss Warrick - one of my old Norfolk teachers- If I can find her I will send her to you, provided she is wanted for the sec- Baptist Church. I have written to Mr. Longley twice this week but get no reply. I have heard incidentally that another teacher had been sent to R. for your family. I guess we shall get into working order after a while but time will determine.
