He says we shall never again have cause for fault finding. He denies all wrong doing. We shall however put him under considerable restraint.

Whiting wants a little good advice, his efforts are too diffusive not concentrated enough, too much mere superintending, not sufficient results. 

I beg pardon for not referring to what you wrote in reference to your daughter now supplying the place of one of your teachers. Please give me the date at which she commenced work. I have no doubt she will be commenced as an assistant teacher at $20 per month without board & with it if you think best & we can afford it. I inclose our financial report you see we have $45,000.00 to raise by August next. 

Shall we get a financial report from you soon if so send it to Mr Estes of the ex-com.
