We have to rely mainly on the agents of the Bureau for the location of teachers. We trust entirely to you not to do any injustice to Mr. Frost and shall be glad to meet your wishes as far as possible.
Mr. Frost has sent to us for a teacher for Stanardsville whom we propose to send.
