We have a harness (used with the ambulance) which you will please take possession of. The ambulance we have no claim upon; it seems that Mr Chase bought it with his own money. You will please adjust the matter with him, he will explain. We have no further use for it.

We have also a City Lot, purchased by Mr Chase May 9th on which about $100. was paid by Mr C  — and as much more falls due Sept 9th — We do not need it — We wish to dispose of it. If you can sell to advantage now, do so, and pay off the obligation. If the time is unfavorable let us know at once and we will forward money to meet the Sept. payment, and also that due Mr Chase on first payment.

Now about fitting up the buildings. You are aware that the Memorial Society's Teachers are to have quarters in the
