Dear Sir;
In reply to yours of Oct. 17, addressed to Miss H.E. Stevenson Sec. of Com. on Teachers, at her request, I respectfully submit the following report.
At Warrenton, Fauquier Co., the no of teachers required is two. The accommodations for school room are a small building about 14 by 20 feet, in which have often been crowded 85 night scholars or 110 day scholars. This building is hired by the col'd people at a cost of five dollars a month.
The night school must be abandoned, unless rooms can be procured, easy of access to the teachers (female, two of whom
