Yours of 28th ult. came to hand Dec. 2nd. On the same day I sent the filled blanks and my note requesting you to forward the additional ones, I accidentally called at the Hampton Po. and was handed the first six sets sent; the next day those sent to Gen'l Armstrong were rec'd and yesterday the 3rd package. The difficulty is that you direct to Hampton where I seldom go except for stamps, instead of "Box 58 Fort Monroe" as per direction. The Hampton office is not convenient, and the person who keeps it is not of our kind and so we seldom go there. I now have plenty of
