Bureau RF and A Lands
Office A.S.A.C. 2d Div 6th Sub Dist
Bowling Green Caroline Co Va May 16/67

Respectfully returned to Bvt Lt Col Johnson S.A.C. I visited Chesterfield and neighborhood and after a thorough investigation have the honor to report, Albert Johson, who caused the within to be written, states that it does not convey all he meant. To get Fifty dollars, he states would only put them in trouble, for it would not build a school house and if it did a school house is no use without a teacher, books &c There seems to be two parties each claiming to take the matter in hand. The childrens names are not all known to Johnson, were not on the paper when he sent it. I feel constrained to report adversely.
