Sir,
Since my arrival here I have become acquainted with Dr. R. N. Mills a thorough local man, and he has recently organized a Sunday School for Colored People but is laboring under a many difficulties on account of lack of Books + want of Rooms, as the present House which is about 16 x 18 feet is too small.
Yesterday morning (Sunday) I went with him to the school and assisted him in his duties, there was about 150 Colored People inside + some 50 or 60 outside not being able to gain
