I have the honor to state no ^that school rooms have been found or are likely to be & that the progress and interest of our schools are much retarded in consequence:
And would further request the building of "the School House" at a cost of $2,500, to be by contract erected within six seeks, & for further information respectfully refer to J.R. Manby. I apt & c.-
