school, and all goes on very harmoniously. When at home I assist in the night and Sabbath Schools; the letter is very large, after number nearly 400. I have a Bible Class of about 50, as noble looking men as ever I saw. I am Sure there was not 50 "poor whites" to be found equal to them. We should like to be kindly remembered to General Brown. He repairs and alterations which he sanctioned when here, has made us very comfortable. 

I must not forget to thank thee for sending me a stray English letter which my English friend had misdirected.
