Referring to my letter of April 16th 1868 I am directed by the Assistant Commissioner to inform you that you are required only to report the buildings in the city of Memphis constructed exclusively by the Bureau and now in its possession This report to be forwarded as soon as possible

I have the honor to respectfully request that you forward your monthly return of rations issued to sick in hospital of Nashville Tenn. for the month of April to this office as soon after the 30th day of the month as practicable
Being desirous of having the returns that are due from this office in the Commissioners Office as promptly as possible you will greatly facilitate matters by a prompt compliance with the above request.
