Rev. R.M. Manly,
Supt. Ed. Va.
Dear Bro,
Yours of the 4th last
has been received. All right about the School as you do not propose to dispose of your interest. I will furnish you with one first class teacher, if she can be of much use to Methodism in Richmond, Va. Her board will be 20.00 per month, will you secure the payment for the board if I will pay the salary of the teacher? If so I will furnish you a teacher that you will not be ashamed of, or will allow you to select her, if you are afraid to trust me.
I presume the right kind of a teacher there would add greatly to the efficiency of our mission work.
Respectfully Yours
R.S. Rust
