States that the Soc. feels the importance of making immediate applications to have the school buildings occupied by them, turned over to the Society - asks that the Asst. Com'r will take proper measures to secure the Bakery Building in Richmond for them and urge the completion of the new building in Charlottesville, that it may be turned over to the Trustees.
