I have the honor to enclose herewith receipt for Nov and to say receipts for Octo was signed & returned, my advice from Capt S was to the effect each School, Pattinsburg & Buchanan would be allowed 10$ each per mo. & I write calling attention to it supposing its overlooked.
I have this day communicated with Capt S. who will enlighten me.
