I have the honor to inclose reports of Mrs. Ellis & Miss Percilla Johnson for December & Mr. Sythgoe for November. This is not following your late instructions. My late illness prevented me from attending to said instructions. I think this course is less objectionable than a further delay would

P.S. The School House at Yellow Branch is expected to be ready for school on 17th inst. Then Mr. Griffin Phillips of the place will reopen the school. A portion of the appropriation is paid. The balance will be paid as soon as the work will be completed. J.E. Yoder
