School [[strikethrough]] School [[/strikethrough]]

I have taught nearly every day this month. I certainly do try to give the children all the instruction I can but my means is so small and the parents of the children says they have nothing to give. I see there is a school not far from me taught by one misses Vaughn supported wholly by some Charitable Society or Benevolent persons. Whose means if I am correctly informed falls far short of their designs. Their gathering to gather there without order and system has as much tendency to corrupt their minds as to learn their letters. If through your influence the same means were turned over to me I think I should be able to use them as they want them used.

My last months report laid in the PO from the 2nd to the 7th before it was mailed and I fear this will meet the same fate. You may think it is a neglect of mine, but it is not.
