Sir-I have the honor to make the following report, in compliance with instructions of Circular No. 7, dated Nov. 18th 1867.
Sunday School at Snowville, Pulaski County - 
4 Teachers (white) and 20 Scholars "Col'd".
Day School 4 miles South of Pearisburg Giles County for colored children, taught by Hannah Jane Wagner "Col'd"- numbers 13 Scholars opened the 1st day of March 1868.
Day School No. 1 at Salem, Roanoke County for colored children, taught by Wm Randolph "Col'd" - numbers 40 pupils - date of commencement unknown.  Also Sabbath School numbers 8 Teachers and 60 Scholars all "colored".
