Increasing activities and preparations for the general meeting in April have compelled the Executive Board and the Directors to meet more frequently. In order to facilitate and speed up execution of new and old business, it was decided on December 7th at the regular monthly Directors' meeting that for the time being, the Executive Board and the Directors would meet once and week on Thursday afternoon.

The Directors' meetings will continue, however, as formerly, meeting quarterly, to take up the general policies of Equity which are then turned over the the Executive Board to carry through.

[[crossed-out]] As we grow larger, we have to be [[/crossed-out]] As our organization expands, we have to be prepared to make functional changes. We find that the above procedure is far more satisfactory and already more work has been accomplished.

The only regret is that limited space at the Equity office where we meet makes it impossible to have visiting members participate, as had been the practice in the past when we gathered in the special meeting room in the Grand Central building. But we hope in the not so distant future to have our own meeting place which will accomodate many people. All members are welcome to inspect our office. There is enough room to rub elbows with Helen Martin, Jean [[Underlined]]Murry [[/Underlined]] and Dan Milsaps. But watch your step, don't disturb Hudson Walker. He's BUSY.
