before the Department, it is respectfully recommended that he be prohibited from such practice, as his offer to Captain Walsh, cannot be received in any other light. I do not believe Mr McQuithy worse than other Claim Agents in the state, but he is the only one who has been reported to me for attempting to bribe an officer of the Bureau
