so far as the records show. There have been no cases of social disease either reported or treated among WASP personnel. While on extended ferrying trips and removed basic manifestations of authority, their conduct has been above that of the average male piolet. Individual opinions as such can have no place in a document of this kind, so that all observations of this nature have been disregarded. The personal record of the WASPS, as shown herein, because they have operated as civilians in a military set-up, includes only those things which are of immediste concern intheir flying duties. Appended hereto is a list of the WASPS, individually, showing their total flying time, classification, types of ships which they have been checked, instrument time and night time. This represents the lastest available figures eith a single exception; this document being compiled approximately 30 days prior to the date of deactivation and an appreciable time after the origination of the list in question, an approximate 25% may be added to the military time in each case in order to bring it up to date.
   The training given the WASPS has been of a caliber to equal that accorded aviation cadets and other flyers in the AAF. At the time of their acceptance into the WASP they were sent to flying school where they first demonstrated, during 25 hours in small aircraft, their individual knowledge and ability. From this they advanced to primary trainers where they spent from 5 to 10 hours then to the back seat of basic trainers where they were given 10 hours of straight flying with no landings or take-offs. Following this they were put in the front seat of basic trainers until their air time totaled about 70 hours, at which they embarked upon the last phase of their training, 25 hours each in the AT-6 and either AT-7 or UC-78.
