Flora Jacobs (colored) has appeared before 
me, and makes statement, that when she left "Flemington Depot", she had a Fine Sow, which she gave to Calvin Maultsby (colored) to take care of until she had [[fed?f?]] And [[?]] Calvin was to

Powell (col'd) [[?]] took in the Sow Away from [[Cahin?]], 
claiming that [[?]] [[?]] husband and paid for a [[?]] 
[[Second?]] [[go?]] at this claim he cannot make on Flora 
as her property Cannot be seized for [[?]] [[?]] husband's 
debt, You will therefore proceed to take possession of the Sow & [[?]] [[?]] to Cahin
(2) two [[?]] for his trouble.  The Sow and three 
[[?]] by [[?]] [[?]] be turned over to [[C?]] [[B?]]
