These papers are returned to Capt Foster Asst Supt for a  report of his action in the case of the arms taken from Roger Teachy. The decision of Capt Foster in regard to the controversy between Jas E Ward and Roger Teachy concerning division of Crops is approved. The parties will be notified of said decision by Capt Foster.

Statement relative to his Children being taken away from him and bound out.

Respectfully referred to Capt Foster Asst. Supt &c who will return these papers with a report of his action in this case. Joe Bright complains that his children have been taken away bound apprentices without his knowledge or consent and claims that he is and has been fully able to support them.
