Respectfully forwarded to Lt A Coats, A.A.A.G. Bu. R.F. and A.L. with a recommendation that the necessary repairs be made. In my opinion this estimate is a very reasonable one and is necessary All the cooking is now done in old worn out tents, which, in addition to being unfit for the purpose are dangerous on acct of fire. It is proposed to Doctor Day to have part of the labor performed by patients partly convalescent under his direction.
