Comr. with a recommendation that his estimate be approved and that I be authorized to commence the repairs and building at once as they are very much needed. Allan Rutherford Lt Col. V.R.C. Bvt. Brig. Gen. U.S.V. Supt. So. Dist. --- Rockingham N.C. 24th Oct. 1866 McComber Geo. Lieut and Asst. Supt. Requests that transportation be furnished a Freedman from Rockingham to Wilmington in order that he may enter the Hos. Bu R F and A L So. Dist. N.C. Wilmington N.C. 25th Oct 66 Respectfully forwarded with a request that transportation from Rockingham to this place be furnished for the within named sick Freedman for admission to the Hospital. Requests the removal of one Freedman infirm from Magnolia to hospital at Wilmington and asks for transportation Bu. R.F. and A.L. Hd. Qrs. So. Dist. N.C. Wilmington, N.C. 25th Oct 1866 Respectfully forwarded with a request that transportation from Magnolia to this place be furnished for the within named infirm and sick Freedman for admission to the Hospital.
