The Sub Dist of New Hanover & Brunswick Co's is a very populous and important one and any officer who has charge of it and performs the duties of A.A.Q.M also has as much as he can do. Both Lt McQuigg and myself have been actively employed all the time and more than half of the time have been obliged to work in the Office until late at night. Allan Rutherford Lt.
