Joe contends that there was no bargain made about anything but the corn, but such is not the case and I contend for half of all that was made on the ground we have divided the corn & fodder & he has taken all the peas without my knowledge or consent

I contend for half of the potatoe crop as I furnished the ground & team which I think is fair
