Feby. 26th 1867 Rutherford Allen 1st Lieut 44th U.S. Infy Requests that the agent of Marlboro Dist S.C. be instructed to cause the arrest of a freedboy Jesse McLain apprenticed to Mr. D.H. McLain of N.C. and now living with Mr. Alex McKennen &c. Received back March 30 1867 Hd. Qrs. Commissioner Bureau R.F.& A.L.
