had whipped her and the mother dilsey leaves her house taking with her 3 sisters & comes to W. house and appeard [[appeared]] to be very mad. She was a head She calls to the others to come on & says there is no one here but Frank she came to the gate she was orderd [[ordered]] to stay out of the yard but she came through & then Williamson ordered her as the evidence befor[[before]] me states 6 times out & her reply was she would when she got ready & he told her he would put her out & picked up a stick & she picked up a Axe & the others was then at the gate some of whitch [[which]] appeard [[appeared]] to be setting Dilsy on and feeling willing to assist her in the fight however Williamson rushed on her with the stick & struck her several times whitch [[which]] caused her to drop the Axe & then he took hold of her & put her out at the gate & that ends the fight. On Saturday morning Williamson came to me and made oath that he had been assaulted by 4 women the day before and that in his own house.  Whereupon I gave him a warrant & put it in the hands of an officer to execute whitch [[which]] he done & brought them to my office.  I called the case and they all with one consent swore in a very profane manner that they would not be tried by me or any other magistrate in this county & Anson Williamson
