Respectfully returned to Capt Allan Rutherford A.S.A. Comr with the information that I have investigated the within case and find no cause for the removal of the boy from his father, who is an industrious and will behaved man. The boy is well clad, fed, and is kept regularly at school. I have questioned the boy, and find he has not been improperly corrected by his Stepmother.
