Walker For committing an assault with intent to kill upon the person of Benjamin Williams, and threatening the colored people then assembled at Lillington Saturday September 26 1868, at a public meeting. She is competent and willing to raise it, and will be certain to see to the education thereof. The child is six years or more, and has been at Mr McLaurin two years.
