Since her marriage to Jackie Westrope, the jockey, Nan Grey insists that all photographs of them be taken sitting down. She's a full head taller...Growing pains: The Dead End Kids now want to be billed as the Dead End Boys...Wayne Morris' brine was showing their new home to a friend when they came to a room overrun with loud, clashing colors and a purple bed. "This is the guest room" explained Mrs. Morriss, "So they won't stay too long."...Douglas "Wrong Way" Corrigan has definitely given up his screen career and will not appear in another picture...

Bela Lugosi portrays a combined Hitler and Mussolini in Universal's serial. "The Phantom Creeps." He's the dictator of the world... Jean Sharon, socialite daughter of Col. C. E. McGuire of San Francisco may get a start buildup...
Paramount isn't publicizing it, but Chinese Aviatrix Lee Ya-Ching's salary for her role in Dorothy Lamour picture, "Disputed Passage," will be given to the Chinese Relief Fund... Mickey and Lionel Barrymore will be filmed for the first time in "Babes in Arms."...
After reading that newspaper typographical error--"Paul Mun reported to police that while riding a bicycle in front of his home he was bitten by Dr. Thomas M. Hearn"--Director Ed Goulding said "Muni plays a doctor in the next picture. He probably bit himself...Maybe you've noticed that grandfathers in recent films are identified as veterans of the Spanish-American instead of the Civil War Time marches on...Dialogue at the executive table in the Paramount studio cafe: "It's a mystery picture. Madge Evans met Una Merkel at a party and asked how she liked her role in "On Borrowed Time." "It's wonderful," replied Miss Merkel "but gives me the strangest feeling. I haven't been able to analyze it." "Don't worry." replied Miss Evans. "It's probably just that you're not used to working in A pictures."...Muriel Hutchinson, Broadway glamour girl, makes her film debut as Norma Shearer's maid in "The Women."  To give her that domestic look, she wears slicked down hair, no makeup, and shaved eyebrows. Says Miss Hutchinson: "I feel like a suet pudding."...

Chinese Girl Flier to Speak
Talk Here Saturday for War Sufferers
Pretty Ya-ching Lee, China's foremost aviatrix, is expected to arrive at Municipal airport in her own plane Saturday on a national tour seeking funds to aid women and children in China.
Sunday at 7 p. m. Miss Lee will give a free lecture at the Central club. A benefit dance will follow.
Miss Lee has been flying since 1933. She is the only Chinese member of the American Caterpillar club, having landed by parachute after being thrown out of a stunting plane over San Francisco bay. She was educated at St. Stephen's school in Hong Kong and an American - Chinese mission school in Shanghai.
Among those who will greet her in Omaha is Sonnee Mae Joe, also a flier, daughter of Sam Joe, spokesman for Omaha Chinese.
