 two weeks' vacation pay up to minimum total amount of $250.00.

2. A reserve pilot shall be paid $200.00 annual two weeks' vacation pay.

3. A co-pilot shall be paid the full co-pilot's pay to which his seniority shall entitle him for the period involved.

(b) Preference in the periods in which pilots shall be permitted to take their vacations shall be granted in the order of seniority at the station at which they are based, taking into consideration the requirements of the service.
(c) A pilot shall be notified in writing as far in advance as is practicable, but in no case less than two weeks in advance of the beginning of his vacation period. Vacation assignments established for pilots may be varied in case of emergency.
(d) Vacations shall not be cumulative and must be taken within the calendar year. However, in the event Company operations in any year do not permit any pilot his regular vacation during such year, he shall be permitted to take such vacation in the succeeding year. When a pilot is not granted a vacation due to the operation of this section for a previous year of service, such pilot shall, upon leaving the Company, be granted vacation pay for such vacation earned and not received.
(e) Upon written request any pilot may be granted two weeks' military leave per year without pay providing Company operations permit.

HOURS OF SERVICE:

(a) Eighty-five hours of flying shall constitute the monthly maximum for pilots.
(b) Pilots employed by the Company shall devote their entire professional flying service to the Company, except that nothing in this agreement shall be construed to prevent any pilot from affiliating with the Military and Naval services of the United States.
