SICKNESS AND INJURY:

Section 10.  

(a) The Company will provide or compensate the pilot for the cost of complete medical care for occupational sickness or injury. In the event of non-occupational injury or illness occurring while on assignment at a point other than the pilot's base station, or outside the continental United States, the Company agrees to reimburse the pilot for such additional expenses occasioned by the pilot's location at the time of such injury or illness. During such period the pilot's compensations will be continued, in accordance with Sections 2 and 3 of this Supplemental Agreement, and the pilot agrees that all workmen's compensation benefits due under applicable law shall be paid by the pilot to the Company.

(b) If circumstances warrant, pilots may be granted full compensation, as provided in Sections 2 and 3 herein, during periods of sickness or injury while at their base station. If and when such compensation is granted, the pilot agrees that all workmen's compensation benefits due under applicable law to the pilot shall be paid to the Company.

(c) The allowance as provided in Section 5 will be continues or room and board will be provided in quarters designated by the Company until the pilot returns to his base station, if he becomes sick or injured while en route.

VACATIONS:

Section 11. All first pilots and co-pilots assigned to the Company's Bermuda Operation shall receive one month's vacation annually, and the rates of compensation for such pilots while on vacation shall be their full monthly compensations as stipulated in Sections 2 and 3 of this Supplemental Agreement, respectively.

BIDDING AND ASSIGNMENT:

Section 12. All pilot vacancies on the Company's Bermuda Operation will be bid and assigned in accordance with the pilots' bidding and assignment procedure as set forth in the Pilots' Employment Agreement effective August 10, 1940, as amended and supplemented, except that Section 27 (b) shall not be in force or effect on the Company's Bermuda Operation.
