Section 3401 - Operations Specifications 

THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE
CIVIL AERONAUTICS ADMINISTRATION

AIR CARRIER OPERATING CERTIFICATE NO. 23

This certificate certifies that:

COLONIAL AIRLINES, INC.

is properly and adequately equipped and able to conduct a reasonably safe operation consistent with the exigencies of war as an air carrier in the carriage of persons, property, and mail, in scheduled air transportation as hereinafter provided.

This certificate is not transferable except with the written consent of the Administrator of Civil Aeronautics and shall be of indefinite duration unless suspended, revoked, or cancelled.

No operations shall be conducted under the authority of this certificate otherwise than in accordance with the Operations Specifications issued as a part hereof.

This certificate, issued at Washington, D.C., shall become effective June 2, 1942.
