Section 3512-Route Procedure: New York Ottawa (Cont'd.)

2. When going to Ottawa via Massena, proceed as in A-1 (reverse side of page) to JG proceed along the northwest leg JG radio range and the south leg of Montreal radio range station to the intersection of the northeast leg (visual) of the Massena (VAR) radio range (St. Remi Intersection) follow the northeast leg of the Massena radio range to the Massena range station. Proceed with standard instrument approach if landing. From Massena to Ottawa proceed as outlined in Section 3514.

B. Ottawa to New York:

1. After take-off proceed as directly as possible to the east leg of the Ottawa Range climbing to a minimum altitude of 3000 feet. Continue east on the East leg of the Ottawa Range until a clear on course signal of the west leg of the Montreal Range is heard. Cross the Montreal range and continue as outlined in Section 3511, paragraph 2B. 

2. Proceed from Ottawa to Massena as outlined in section 3514, From Massena proceed out northeast leg of Massena(VAR), range, to the St. Remi Intersection. Then proceed as outlined in Section 3511,2B. (Montreal to LG).
