you are not disabled or disqualified (and therefore not entitled to a monthly $200 immediately) you still retain the right to receive your annuities, for service rendered up to the time you quit. These annuities will start, upon retirement from whatever your work may be at that time, but not earlier than age 60.

12. If you quit your job after you've had 10 years of service and become permanently and totally disabled thereafter, you are entitled to an immediate annuity based on the regular credits.
