twice such pilot's insurance amount, such annuities shall, prior to any deductions under subsection (h) be reduced to an amount equal to twice such pilot's basic amount, except that such total, prior to any deductions under subsection (h), shall not be less than $30.00, such total shall, prior to any deductions under subsection (h), be increased to $30.00.
(h) Deductions from Annuities.-- (1) Deductions shall be made from any payments under this section to which widow is entitled under subsection (b) until the total of such deductions equals such widow's annuity under subsection (b) will not have had in her care a child of the deceased pilot entitled to receive an annuity under subsection (c);
2. Deductions shall be made from any payments under this section to which a child is entitled under subsection (c) or to which a father is entitled under subsection (d) until the total of such deductions equals such a child's or father's annuity under subsection (c) or subsection (d) for any month in which such a child or father will have rendered compensated service within or without the United States to an employer;
3. A widow, child or father (or anyone in receipt of an annuity in his or her behalf) shall report to the Board the occurrence of either of the events described in paragraphs 1. and 2.
4. The deductions provided in this subsection shall be made in such amounts and at such time or times asthe Board shall determine. Decreases or increases in the total of annuities payable for a month with respect to the death of a pilot shall be equally
