an attitude of tolerance and humility. On our airline for example, different bases are constantly at war with each other over which has the better trips. First one group of pilots will run to the Company, then another group, charging in turn that they are being discriminated against by the way the schedules are set up. It might be a good idea to touch on this in your next membership letter. All the pilots on one line should stand united for a common schedule, one which will serve the most people well in the most bases. I am living and hoping for the day.
