Adopted by the Civil Aeronautics Board at its office in Washington, D.C. on the 18th day of June, 1951.

In the matter of the Investigation of the Practices and Conduct of Colonial Airlines, Inc., and Certain of its Officers.

ORDER

The Board having instituted this proceeding by its Order Serial No. E-5290, dated April 13, 1951, which order, among other things, provided that a bill of particulars specifying in greater detail the charges and the nature of the alleged violations of the Act and Regulations involved in said proceeding, and having further provided that the public disclosure of such allegations at the time of the issuance of the said order was not required in the public interest, and

The parties herein having filed with the Board a written proposal of adjustment, the Board having acted thereon, and the proceeding being closed by order issued simultaneously herein, and

It appearing to the Board that said proposal, of which the bill of particulars is a part, is a matter of public record and that the necessity for withholding said bill of particulars from public disclosure no longer exists;

The Board acting pursuant to the power vested in it by the Civil Aeronautics Act of 1938, as amended, particularly sections 205(1) and 1001 thereof, and finding that its action is necessary and appropriate in order to carry out the provisions and objectives of the Act, and to exercise and perform its duties thereunder;

IT IS ORDERD:
1. That said bill of particulars shall no longer be withheld from public disclosure.
