TULSA COUNCIL'S THEATRE PICKEST RECEIVES NATIONAL RECOGNITION.

The Dreamland Theatre today is a clean place because the council picketed it after the management did not comply with terms agreed in a conference with local citizens. National recognition was given this council because of its effective picketing.

THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME THAT NEGROES HAD EVER USED THE PICKET IN TULSA
