I take the liberty of forwarding the enclosed petition and judgement in the matter of a horse from Hawkins Co Ten. in which Wm O. Sizemore has reversed the decision of a Magistrate and given the horse to a cold man = As to the merits of the case I know nothing, but suppose Sizemore will be able to give the grounds of his decision if called upon = He is now acting under full authority from your Office =
