Lieut. I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt of Genl. Carlins Circular Letter of May 27th 1867, calling for a special report at the end of each month as to the efficiency of each agent in my Sub-District and especially as to who have failed to comply with Circular No. 6. C.S. A.C.O. requiring agents to visit the the principal towns in their respective agencies. I have sent to the agents for the information that would be required to enable me to comply with the latter part of the instructions and as soon as replies are received I will forward my report.
