In compliance with the above order I have the honor to report that in the case of George Washington (Col'd) at this city who on the 24th of Jan'y made statement and affidavit that his wife Betsy Ann Stringer was forcibly detained by Patsy Butter wife of Harvey Butter (Col'd) living at Bucklodge Station in Sumner Co.
