Case 11th Sep 3d A little child of Amanda Bell (col'd) was shot. Jas T. Adams was arrested but nothing could be proved.

Case 12th Nov 30th Geo Wilson (col'd) was struck with an axe by James Jenkins

Murder

Sept - 1866 Jprue Powell col'd was murdered by Bob Hester James Price and T. Martin. Bob Hester not committed for trial on that case.  

Nov - 1865 Stephen Bugg murdered by Bob Hester and two others. Held to bail in the sum of 5000 Dollars

Dec 66. Eliza Elison col'd murdered by Dr. Molton.  He surrendered
