Bureau R.F. & A.L.,
Columbia, Tenn., Nov. 21st 1868.

Reeves, T.H.
Bvt. Lieut. Col. U.S.A.
Sub. Asst. Comr. & D.O. Bounties

States that Franklin, Columbia and Pulaski are the most central and prominent points in his District, and that most of the late Colored soldiers live at, or near, those places, and recommends that those places be designated as the pay stations of his Dist., to be visited respectively once a week, or at such time as the funds on hand for distribution may require. Also recommends that the County of Lincoln be attached to the Murfreesboro Dist., as it is accessible from that point by public conveyance but not accessible from his station.
