I have the honor to call your attention to the provisions of Circular Letter from the Commissioners Office, dated Washington, April 13th 1869, requiring that all surplus property be sold by the Disbursing Office, and to state that I have on my property returns the following surplus Stores which should be sold under that order, to wit:

7 Paper Folders
19 Chairs 
2 Window Blinds, paper 
1 Common Stoves 
106 Yds Matting

1 Water Pail 
6 Hatchets 
23 Joints Stove Pipe 
1 Broom 
1 Grind Stone 
1 Packing Box 

This property to be sold as directed in said Circular letter, should in my opinion be transferred
