I So far &c The one 1" story frame House situated on S.E. Cor of Randolph and New Raleigh Roads Memphis Tenn, is restored to Mattie C. Porter claimant Conditions as heretofore.

II. So far &c The Property of Isaac Lytton situate in the County of Davison State of Tenn is restored to said Isaac Lytton - claimant- Conditions as heretofore.

III Col R.W. Barnard is hereby relieved from duty as Superintendent of the Nashville Sub-Dis and is assigned to duty as Sup of the affairs of this Bureau within the limits of Davidson Co, Hd Qrs at Nashville

IV So far &c. The house and lot of Thos O. Summers on Woodland St in Edgefield Tenn is restored to said Thos O. Summers claimant- Conditions as heretofore.

V. So far &c. The Property of Mrs Elizabeth Thomas of Nashville Tenn is restored to her, provided that nothin in this Order shall be construed as giving any claim upon the Govt for damages or rents which may have accrued. 

VI. So far &c. The Property of Mrs Mary Avent consisting of a tract of land in Rutherford Co Tenn is restored to her. Conditions as heretofore.

VII. Corporal Joseph A Gregory 42d U.S.C.I is hereby relieved rom duty at these Hd Qrs and will without delay report to the Comd'g Officer of his regiment at Chattanooga Tenn.
QMD will furnish the necessary transportation

VIII Private William H Sparksman 15th U.S.C.I. is hereby relieved rom duty at these Head Quarters and will without delay report to the Comd'g Officer of his regiment for muster out.
