They, Henry Upham and and his brother, James were on Horseback in search of a Farm. They were in the vicinity of Goldsborough when they were accosted by Frank Coley and two other men. Jack Boraden and Tom Seirs. Frank bantered James to trade Horses with him. After a few words Frank deliberately shot James on his Horse and killed him. He then turned and shot at Henry, the bullet
