Miles Brewer complains that he took a piece of land ten acres more or less and was to have the use of it, this year, for fencing it. He says he put a fence around it ten nails high, and now you wish to make him fence land with which he has nothing to do, or you will drive him off what he has fenced. If his statement is correct you will either, let him go on with work - or pay him for what he has done, and the damages it will be to him in being thrown out of employment.
